PLANT a TREE & learn about our Riparian Buffer Project!
Trees produce nearly 30% of the earth’s oxygen, and trees are imperative for our survival for many other reasons.  Learn about native trees and other shrubs that benefit us and wildlife.  Known as a Riparian Buffer, native trees and shrubs are planted along a stream bank for stabilization, as well as to increase wildlife habitat and enhance stream quality.  Come be a part of this important project; leave a legacy for years to come!   *
*Walking to North Creek Trail involves a stream crossing, wear waterproof boots, or for alternate trailhead, walk along Silver Creek Road to access trail and avoid the stream.  If we have left the main parking area, come out to the site to plant.
