MAKE YOUR OWN MAPLE SYRUP! Two classes – Saturday, February 7, and Saturday February 21, 2026, from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Did you know that if you have access to a maple tree and crock pot you can make your own maple syrup? Join us and learn every step of the process from identifying sugar maple trees, tapping and processing techniques, as well as the history and biology of the ancient practice. Jim Hayes will guide us through each step so you can do it in your own kitchen. Samples of each phase of the product will be available. Learn why previous attendees look forward to February!
