If you have access to a maple tree and a crock pot, you can do it right at home!
Join us for a hands-on maple syrup workshop where you’ll learn every step of the process — from identifying sugar maples to tapping, processing, history, and the fascinating biology behind this ancient practice. Jim Hayes will guide you through each stage so you can confidently make maple syrup in your own kitchen. You’ll get to sample the product at different stages, and discover why this February tradition is a favorite among past participants!
